Clinical Summarization
Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs) have emerged as a standardized format for sharing patient health information across different systems and organizations. However, CCDs face challenges related to usability and user experience.
This feature from HIP One allows for quick viewing and printing of standard C-CDA documents by rendering XML data generated by EHRs in C-CDA format and presents the information as a human-readable document.

This solution is designed to expand the functionalities of FHIR by seamlessly handling Continuity of Care Documents (CCDs), regardless of their format, be it Health Information Exchange (HIE) or Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE). It establishes connections with various health information providers to retrieve CCDs data from sources like Health Information Exchange (HIE) or Electronic Health Record (EHR). Subsequently, it transforms this data into the FHIR standard before transmitting it to the designated party.
